Fundraising News – World Book Day at Bryneven

On Thursday, 6 March 2025, Bryneven Primary proudly took part in the International Literacy Trust’s World Book Day — a celebration of stories, imagination, and the joy of reading. Our school was filled with excitement as learners arrived dressed as their favourite book characters, bringing beloved tales to life in the most creative and colourful ways.

We are deeply grateful to our wonderful parents who generously donated over 200 books to mark the occasion. These contributions will go a long way in enriching our school’s library and inspiring a lifelong love of reading among our learners.

Year after year, our Bryneven families continue to amaze us with their enthusiasm and support. This event was no exception — thank you for helping us create such a memorable day for the children, and for fostering a culture of literacy and learning in our school community.
