Montrose U11 Cricket and Netball Challenge

On Friday, 11 October, our U11 Cricket and Netball teams played their first matches in the Montrose Challenge. The Netball team played three matches, securing a win against Rivonia, drawing with Redhill, and unfortunately losing their final game against a strong Dainfern team.

In Cricket, our team delivered an outstanding performance against Grayston Prep. Batting first, they posted an impressive total of 262/4 in 20 overs and then restricted Grayston to 137/3 in their allotted overs. A special mention goes to Matt Schreiber, who played brilliantly, scoring an unbeaten 132 runs and earning the ‘Man of the Match’ award. Remarkably, Matt followed this up with another century—100 not out—at his NSSSC match the very next day. Well done, Matt!
