The Winifred Mandela Precinct (formerly known as Nicolway Shopping Centre) hosted an art competition recently where learners were invited to submit works of art.

These artworks were then put onto display and the public had the chance to vote for their favourite pieces. The Wini Mandela Precinct manager as well as the Head of Marketing came to our school this morning to present the prizes (shopping centre vouchers) to the winners of the competition as well as a contribution towards the school.

Well done to all the learners who entered the competition and to the parents for your patience during the competition. We do hope to be invited for more competitions like these in future which we do plan to co-ordinate in a timely fashion. A big thank you to all involved in the running of this competition and to the management of the Winnie Mandela Precint for their initiative.
