Gymnastics

We are very proud of Matt Brown (5D) who took overall 2nd place taking the Silver medal for 2023 South Africa Gymnastics National Championships in his High Performance Class 2 (Level 6) age group, including two gold medals on floor and rings.

This was a great achievement from Matt that involved a lot of dedication and hard work. GRLU

Equestrian

Jessica Taggart (7D) represented Bryneven Primary School at the Gauteng Primary Schools SANESA prize giving. Jessica was awarded Gauteng School Equestrian: Regional Full Colours.

She also won the Victor Ludorum for showjumping (Level 1-4). Jessica will be competing at Nationals. We are very proud of Jessica.

GRLU Rugby Achievement – Under 10’s

Saxon Wardle (4A) as part of the Under 10 Badgers Rugby Club came 2nd in the GLRU rugby tournament.

The event was held at Florida High School on Saturday, 16 September. Well done, Saxon.
