Should a parent wish to discuss a matter pertaining to the student’s well-being (not of an academic nature), the following steps should be taken:
- Communicate the matter to the student’s class teacher. If the matter is serious, it should be escalated to the Deputy Head.
- If the matter remains unresolved, an appointment should be made to see the Head of the Preparatory. This can be done through the receptionists and the PA to Principal.
Bryneven is fortunate to have a back-up generator, so no teaching time is lost during loadshedding.
As a public school, Bryanston Primary follows the National Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) system of education.
